Dr. Liubov Sandzhieva
Liubov Sandzhieva, DVM
Dr. Liubov Sandzhieva grew up in Kalmykia, Russia. She graduated Cum Laude from the Moscow State University of Applied Biotechnology in 2009.
After graduation, she completed advanced emergency and critical training at the largest multi-specialty hospital in Moscow (Belyi Klyk), Russia. Dr. Sandzhieva has been providing training to multiple interns and externs over the years. Dr. Luba (as she likes to be called) is also a well-known speaker and instructor in Russia’s Emergency and Critical Care Medicine.
Dr. Sandzhieva moved to the U.S.A. in 2016. She completed her Small Animal Rotating Internship at North Carolina State University in 2017 and a combined Emergency and Critical Care/Internal Medicine specialty internship at Coral Springs Animal Hospital in 2018. Dr. Sandzhieva provides practice limited to emergency care.
Special interests: clotting disorders and management of internal medicine patients in ICU.
She spends her free time playing tennis, traveling with her husband Will, or reading in the company of a 65 lb-Frenchie mix Gunner, and Don Sphynx Izum.
