Dr. Mike Gerber

Mike Gerber, DVM

Dr. Mike Gerber is a seasoned veterinarian with over ten years of experience in both multi-specialty referral hospitals as well as general practice clinics.
After graduating from Western University of Health Sciences in the top 10% of his class, he was awarded an internship at the prestigious Animal Medical Center in New York City.

Following this 13 month internship, he has worked in emergency/specialty hospitals in both Florida and Massachusetts. He had owned and operated a full-service house call practice in the greater Boston area prior to relocating to south Florida.

Dr. Gerber’s professional interests include all areas of emergency and critical care, but specifically shock and sepsis. He also enjoys internal medicine and dentistry.

When not working, Dr. Gerber enjoys spending time with his husband, Eric, his son, Avi, and his daughter, Noa. Together they enjoy traveling in their RV, going to Disney and lounging by the pool. Dr. Gerber has five dogs- three papillons, one toy poodle and one standard poodle.
