Dr. Amy Trow

Amy Trow, DVM, DACVECC


Dr. Trow graduated from The Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University in 2004, then proceeded to complete a rotating medical and surgical internship at North Carolina State University.

Following her time in North Carolina, she returned to Tufts University to complete an Emergency and Critical Care Residency. She is board certified by the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care.

Since that time, Dr. Trow has worked in high volume, private practice settings, where she has also trained interns and residents. Dr. Trow enjoys the patient and medical diversity of Emergency and Critical Care with particular interests in pulmonary disease, cardiac disease, trauma, sepsis and immune disease. She has a soft spot for geriatric patients, as well as for cats, pit bulls, chihuahuas, hounds and any black and tan mix.

Outside of work, Amy likes to spend time in the warm ocean, stay fit and relaxed, as well as spend lots of time with her rescued dogs and cats.
