  • Triage Upon Arrival

Your pet will be quickly assessed by our medical team and prioritized based on the severity of their condition.

  • Medical Evaluation

One of our skilled ER doctors will perform a full physical exam and discuss your pet’s condition with you.

  • Diagnostics & Stabilization

If needed, we’ll begin diagnostics or stabilizing treatments right away to address urgent issues.

  • Communication & Options

We’ll clearly explain your pet’s diagnosis, recommended next steps, and any cost estimates so you can make informed decisions.

  • Specialty Involvement (if needed)

If your pet needs specialty care (surgery, internal medicine, neurology, etc.), we have those experts in-house and ready to collaborate.

  • Discharge or Hospitalization

Some pets go home the same day; others may need hospitalization in our ICU for ongoing treatment and monitoring.
